Finest Places to See in Tempe

Plan your following visit to Tempe, AZ

On Saturday morning, November 17th, we visited Downtown Tempe High-end Condos as a group of financiers from The Walsh Group's Millionaire Real Estate Investor (MREI) workshops.

We first toured the Bridgeview at Hayden Ferry Lakeside complex on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake. These condos are quite luxurious, with sophisticated and spacious one-bedrooms starting at simply over $600,000, and three-bedrooms peaking at simply over $1.5 million. These units sport spectacular views of the lake, cityscapes, and Arizona State University. This complex is next to the Suncor business center and a soon-to- be- constructed store hotel. Just over 60 systems stay, and move-in is scheduled for early 2008, right after the Superbowl. So, if you have the methods, the desire, and the requirement for outright high-end, the Bridgeview complex is for you!

Significant Taking ins the sights while going to Tempe

The second stop was the Lumina Tempe Stadium Job, by Constellation Home Group. This complex is designed by well known Australian designer Eugene Marchese's efficient, elegant, and nearly minimalist style. Ultra-modern looks are plentiful with every square foot of the complex, from the outside grounds and streamlined swimming pools, to the community areas, to each classy and roomy system. With the style strategies used, 700 square foot systems seem to be more like 1000. The cost point for the one bedroom unit starts at $273,000, and they have a bond program that allows purchasers to put a minimum down to book the units. The complex includes both condo houses and luxurious "boutique-hotel" Reclaim U Counseling spaces, and has a guaranteed cosmopolitan, jet-set, younger feel to it. Right throughout the street from brand-new Light Rail station and Sun Devil stadium, it makes certain to be popular with trainees and alumni' parents.

Centerpoint Condominiums was our final stop. Their sales center presents a total way of life, with gourmet chefs, recreation, a ground flooring deli, coffeehouse, and even it's own winery. This complex is everything about way of life and taste. The studios and one bed room units are in the $300-500k variety, while the 2 bedroom start at $600k, and the 3 bed room systems remain in the low $1 millions. They provide a lease back program, for the very first 2 years for certain units. The views are amazing and the first tower will have owners relocating by April/ May 2008.
